EXHAUST / AIR HANDLER CLEANING

Exhaust Ductwork

Since the exhaust ductwork does not have a filtration system, accumulation occurs at an accelerated rate.  Exhaust fans and motors are restricted by the debris, which leads to more repairs.  Maintaining exhaust ductwork will increase air flow and maximize efficiency.

Air Handler Cleaning

Over time the pores of a heating/cooling coil becomes congested with debris.  This is a result from accumulation in the ductwork, and dirty or insufficient filters.  The dirty coil and fan increases operation costs.
